Beard Math (Things that are mutually exclusive)

[Your polygon being] Squares and triangles.
[Your non-layered attire being] Skirts and dresses.
[Your facial hair being] Beards and Goatees.

Last night I was schooled by Bobby (and probably Eric and Cody too) about the proper use of the term beard. I previously had believed it to include any substantial chin-covering facial hair, but now I know the truth. Apparently, if there's no real cheek coverage, then there is no real beard. Forgive my errors of ignorance over these past 10+ years. I really thought it worked out that bushy goatees were beards, but beards weren't necessarily bushy goatees. Much like how a square is a rectangle but a rectangle isn't necessarily a square. I feel like my ignorance in this area is due to my lack of testosterone, much like a lack of estrogen has led many men to confuse skirts and dresses.
goatee does not equal beard

Thanks 1 & 2 for supplying the fodder for this mashup.

Literature Math

(Orwell's 1984 X E. M. Forster's "The Machine Stops") X (Capitalism) = M. T. Anderson's Feed. (I would rename it 2084)

If for some reason that wasn't completely transparent,

I really liked this book. I actually cheated and listened to it. I think I'd recommend that. Listen to it. With headphones if possible. I think that will make for the best experience.

A Gift

Sometimes people give me things they think I will like. Sometimes those people do not know me very well, if they have ever met me before (read: old people my mom knows). This, however, was not one of those times.

It should be mentioned that my mother invited my friend to a garage sale in her town....she told him about it, as she and he are both avid garage-salers. That she is inviting him to a church garage sale 45 minutes from where he lives was weird in its own right. Apparently, this friend, bringing along another friend of mine, ran into my mother. Collectively, the three decided that this would be something I would like.

They were right.

Also, it inspired me to do this!

Introducing.... People Math

I am constantly talking about this. Ask Luke who, according to everyone else =~ Seth. I tend to disagree. When I was in Spain, everyone had a dopple-ganger. There was even a Karene Faul x Spain (yes, the nation). Anyhow, I've just begun, but once I remember my times tables, I will enrich your lives.
